Service Terms (Greater Jacksonville)
Mount Solutions provides professional residential and commercial cleaning services throughout the Greater Jacksonville area, specifically serving Duval and St. Johns counties. By booking our services, you agree to provide reasonable access to the premises and to ensure a safe working environment for our clinical-grade cleaning teams. We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are deemed hazardous or unsanitary beyond the scope of a standard professional cleaning appointment.
Payment & Cancellation
Invoice payments are due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing for commercial contracts. We accept major credit cards and secure digital payments. Late payments may be subject to a standard processing fee as permitted by law.
Cancellation Policy: To maintain our commitment to reliability and fair scheduling for all clients, Mount Solutions requires at least 24 hours notice for any rescheduling or cancellation. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost.
Liability Limitations
Mount Solutions is fully insured and bonded to protect our clients and staff. While we take extreme care in your space, our liability is limited to the cost of the cleaning service provided. We are not responsible for damage resulting from normal wear and tear, improper installation of fixtures, or pre-existing conditions unknown to our staff at the time of service.
Governing Law (Florida)
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Duval County, Florida.
Revisions
Mount Solutions reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to active clients via email or through an updated posting on our website. Continued use of our services following any updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
